As said above you need an Application called Vnap and alsop Vnap Requires Microsoft Dot net Framework. So if you are not having that, you can downlaod it from below
Download Net Framework (If you don’t have)
After download the Vnap Application, you need to Install it, If you don’t have Net Framework Installed than you can get the same from Above Link.
Connect your Internet with Acess Point as Portalnmms
you need to have some balance, in your SIM.
Open Vnap, and enter the below Proxy and Port followed by The backquery
Proxy: 10.10.1.100 9401
After Entering The Proxy, Enter any of the following Back quires from Below

?10.11.233.29
?wap.hungama.com
?10.11.233.29
?wap.hungama.com
